The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.pixiedesign.co.uk (the "Website") and your use of the Website itself.
You may want to print a copy of these for future reference.
pixie design is the trading name of STH Services to Business, a company based in Sheffield, England and operates the Website.
The company's registered office address is at S2B/ pixiedesign. eckington business centre, 8 gosber street, eckington, sheffield, S21 4DA all day-to-day correspondence should be addressed to this address.
In these terms "we" refers to pixie design and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any pixie design customer.
PRICES & CURRENCIES ACCEPTED
All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments, which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees, must be made by via Paypal and only cards accepted by paypal can make payments.
pixie design can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the Website but pixie design reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
AVAILABILITY
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you via email within 3 working days.
PAYMENT DETAILS & SECURITY
Payments to pixie design are handled securely by Paypal. Paypal accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Delta, Solo and direct debit (and any other card agreed by them from time to time).
An authorisation code for the amount of the order is taken when you input your card details at the order stage. Your card is only debited for the order amount when your order is despatched.
Upon despatching your order, you will receive an email confirming that your card has been debited and your order sent - this is sent to the email address you provide.
pixie design does not hold your credit or debit card details as all transactions are completed through the secure paypal network.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either via email to info@pixiedesign.co.uk stating your order number, date of order, name and contact telephone number.
In case of goods received damaged or faulty please return the goods to us (filling out the form on the reverse of your invoice) within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods and postage to the card the goods were purchased on.
EXCHANGED
pixie design is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply:
1. Return your unused (unworn) t-shirt(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt with all the original tags attached.
2. Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice and send the entire invoice and your t-shirt(s) to our returns address:

Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with proof of posting (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
REFUNDS
Return the unused (unworn) items along with your completed form (on the reverse of your invoice) to us at our returns address (stated above) within 14 days of receipt.
We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.
Refunds will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. If we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of items in your possession we will contact you by email and may not be able to make a full refund for goods.
We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) if the terms of return are adhered to.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made – allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.
Returned items will be processed/checked/refunded in within 5 working days.
We aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, normally within 3-5 working days, but during busier periods this may take slightly longer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement as the length of time refunds take varies depending on the card issuer.

PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and it is in your interests. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
This privacy policy applies from 1st November 2006. We may amend our policy occasionally so advise you to check regularly to view our most up to date policy.
WARRANTIES
Pixie Design is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
PIXIE DESIGN LIMITED LIABILITY
Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury pixie design's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Pixie design shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if pixie design has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by pixie design. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission.
All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the Website are the property of their owners.
RIGHT TO ALTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
